Ryza loves guitars and music. So for his 30th I made this cake using the standard Wilton’s guitar tin. I stacked two cakes to give some extra height and then covered it in contrasting shades of marbled brown fondant. To give the shine/varnish to the guitar I brushed it with a sugar glaze and then let it sit and dry. The guitar strings were the only non-edible part. The tuners were metallic smarties. To top it all off the cake was driven at breakneck speed to Newcastle.
