For my brother’s 21st we went to Sake Restaurant. Bieber is a massive foodie (but hates cake) and particularly likes Japanese food. Hence the sushi cake. Fellow sushi-expert Nikki assisted me to expertly craft the ginger and wasabi as well as the california rolls. The inside of the sushi was made from Kellogg’s LCM bars.
Bieber ate the LCM sushi but no cake. Still it was well worth the effort.
